This revolutionary cooker is highly efficient and is very low in energy consumption and water use.
It has a wide application for all water based cookery including:
- Fish and shellfish
- Meat and Cured meat
- Game and poultry
The control enables very precise cooking of what ever food is used
This retains flavour, texture and natural properties in the food.
It is also a highly efficient and very easy to use water bath, being highly
practicable compared to the familiar water baths on the market
It is the natural partner for all sous vide style cookery which is becoming the most popular style of cookery used in the catering industry today.
The system has a far greater capacity of production than a standard water bath
- It can be used for cooking sous vide dishes of all descriptions
and for the regeneration of ready made sous vide dishes
- It is highly efficient for defrosting all frozen food and frozen dishes.

Cambrian Mountain Food Initiative
The Cambrian Mountain initiative aims to take the fine produce of this area to the premium markets in London, major cities and the home counties of Britain.
Already Cambrian Mountain lamb is sold in HARRODS in London, and will be on the menu at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships. Many leading chefs in Llondon will feature Cambrian Mountain Lamb on their menus during the coming season.
