Colin Pressdee has for over twenty years been a food writer and consultant. His broad experience has taken in many projects in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Carwyn Evans has for fifteen years worked on all projects bringing his background in hotel and catering administration to the consultancy.
Projects have covered advising hotels, restaurants, caterers, food producers, and organising food events. Venues for exhibitions, corporate dinners, functions and ceremonies have included top London Hotels, London Livery Halls, the European Parliament, diplomatic residences in Paris, Brussels, London

Early 1990s: London based food celebrity Paul Curzon and his friend Tony hear an old hotel in a great location is up for sale. Tony brings in contacts, including a financial backer, the charismatic Lady Fiona Snaples, to put a successful business and catering package together. Paul is to be the figurehead to develop a top gastronomic destination working with the financial directors. They enlist staff including the sexily provocative Frieda, and take help and advice from locals who appear friendly. But as things progress Paul is made aware of some old local legends. Retired and slightly batty History Professor relates a tale that explains why some people in the area become twisted and envious. But is his warning too late? Gradually the team's position and trust is undermined, something they cannot understand. They strive to demonstrate organisation and culinary ability, yet does the pettiness and jealousy relent?

Reflections of a Vampire by C D Pressdee
This new book relates the adventures of two young men who set off on
an expedition to the rain forests in the early twentieth century.
An accident and a bizarre set of events lead to their unique genesis into vampires.

On their roaming across several countries they encounter people who are attracted to them, while a few have abject dislike.
They visit many exotic places and partake in the nightlife. Still youthful and attractive after forty years they return to the UK at the start of the sexual
liberation of the swinging sixties and take eagerly to the decadent lifestyle.
Encounters with an old adversary leads to several nasty exchanges, and to a final chase through the countryside in a blizzard.

The Cambrian Mountain initiative aims to take the fine produce of this area to the premium markets in London, major cities and the home counties of Britain.
Already Cambrian Mountain lamb is sold in HARRODS in London, and will be on the menu at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships. Many leading chefs in London will feature Cambrian Mountain Lamb on their menus during the coming season. Watch this space for further details and developments.
